Began my IT career as a trainer working for some of the largest training providers in the area. For over 10 years I have enjoyed teaching students new ways to use a variety of software applications including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Crystal Reports, and Adobe Acrobat. My career most recently included a 7-year stint as the IT Manager for the Weintraub firm. I was responsible for the maintenance of the network infrastructure consisting of more than a dozen virtualized Windows Servers, Cisco switches, Cisco Voice over IP system, and Cisco firewall systems. Additional tasks included: 3rd party software maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving network issues, establishing annual budgets, setting technology direction, managing a small team, and providing end user support.I now run my own MSP business. We help businesses of all types.
