With a non-football background, my first year taking on this role saw our club women's football successfully won 2020 National Senior's League. I dedicated most of my time to plan for team trainings, welfare of the players, game days, transportation arrangements and all that was necessary for the development of women players. - Assisted focal point Project Manager in-country (Samoa) to coordinate and facilitated an influx of local participants to do 2 simple tasks; voice recording English/Samoan and interpreting images in Samoan Language using mobile devices, tablets, laptops and computers for an AI study.- Managed all Logistics needs of the project and engaging/encouraging local youth communities and old aged people to participate to ensure authenticity of recordings provided.- Managed up to 100 participants in a week including training and troubleshooting of devices to meet requirements for completing required tasks.- Liaising with overseas agent on Quality Assurance of work done, receiving list of passed and successful users for payment rewards disbursements.

Creating a pacific network of leaders as social entrepreneur and risk analyst, forecast climate change, environmental and health impacts, to make meaningful contributions to the pacific region and my community.

Maintain and fully support the operation of the integrated Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS).I was responsible to maintain, review, update, check, verify where necessary to ensure information are correctly entered/posted and kept up to date from time to time on the HRMIS. Assist and facilitate Line Ministries for smooth transition of all HRMIS modules from manual processes to online transactions. Also provide support to all HR modules and key users, prepare training manuals, test plans and conduct relevant trainings for all users of the HRMIS. Attend to all matters in relation to the HRMIS both within PSC and Line Ministries as well as operations of internal systems.

Ensured that all IT support services and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) helpdesk are maintained, robust and efficient means.I maintained the MOF IT Helpdesk to ensure user issues are resolved in a timely fashion to the user's satisfaction and in line with relevant MOF policies. Conducted regulare user surveys to gauge leveles of service being provided by the MOF IT Division as well as usability of MOF IT Systems. Analyze data received and prepare report and reccomendations to the ACEO IT Division. I also maintain MOF Intranet and website by ensuring that the contents of these sites are always timely and relevant and content is user friendly. Moreover, produced regular IT newsletter for MOF system users, design and produce documentation such as pamphlets and brochures for users on using various MOF IT systems. I was also responsible for conducting and formalizing classroom trainings or seminar and one on one ad hoc training for users on MOF IT systems.
