Understanding the 'why' for stakeholders, issue owners and enterprise decision makers, mapping a plan to connect their 'why' to the enterprise they are in and then standing with them to execute on the plan is what I am passionate about.My background is in finance but I have progressively adapted my skills to include strategy and driving disruptive internal thinking to help enterprises thrive in the new economy.Unlike a consultant, I prefer to partner with decision makers and stakeholders over time or take a hands on role so I can understand the 'why' for the team and the enterprise as well as for the decision maker and make sure I can help drive sustainable outcomes that are consistent with the culture and mission.So I guess you could say that sometimes I'm a hired gun, acting executive and sometimes I'm an external agent-of-change brought in to get to the heart of enterprises to work alongside the team to drive sustainable outcomes.My genuine passion is working with people who want to grow and who want to bring their contribution into the world (while also helping them to become more successful).
