Reporting to the Board of Directors, full-scope responsibility for day-to-day operations. Lead a team of 3 department heads, Director of Nursing, Operating Room Manager and Business Office Manager, to successfully lead surgical support teams performing over 8,000 surgical procedures annually. Worked collaboratively with Medical Director, Director of Nursing, QAPI Chair and MEC Chair to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures. Successfully implemented outpatient total joint arthroplasty program (2016). Successfully negotiated surgical implant cost reductions.
