Recently, I offer fractional consulting hours to companies that are within or close to the ‘Better For You’ CPG category. I am now full time with my incredible client Our Home!For nearly 20 years, I have implemented, integrated, and managed ERPs for Consumer Packaged Goods / adjacent corporations. In total, three different ERP implementations for CPG and Retail companies are under my belt, moving on from various versions of QuickBooks. There’s also a few acquisitions and divestitures in there, too (US and global).[updates pending]IFS Cloud is my most recent implementation, integration, and administration experience; however, my most successful endeavor was with NetSuite OneWorld (for then-startup SkinnyPop). As with IFS Cloud, I integrated a broad array of solutions to extend the ‘Suite. My teams have always been lean, focused on successfully supporting a thriving user base by leveraging third-party solutions and intelligent internal customizations. We are always able to maximize end-user efficiency and minimize complexity, overhead, and risk. Though my primary focus has been business systems, it’s more about a digital transformation on solid ground. In addition to MIS, I have a background in accounting, internal controls, and general IT. I’m intimately familiar with EDI SaaS solutions, AP & AR automation, inventory optimization, financial planning & analysis, business intelligence, collaboration technologies, trade promotion management (TPM), and the integrations to make them all work together.My drive for experiences exists at work and at play. In my free time, you can find me reconnecting with nature, working on my ranch, swaying to some live music, headed west for another adventure, and overall loving life with my friends, family, and dogs.
