I create engaging illustrations and comics for a range of clients. I handle everything from character design and preliminary art, to fully finished art and comics. For comics, this includes screentones, lettering, and sometimes color. Clients I have worked with range from local to me businesses in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to small and mid-size publishers like Pilot Studios, Source Point Press, and Margins Publishing.

I worked on lead generation via phone calls, emails and the internet to build relationships and rapport. I made customer service calls, built spreadsheet databases, marketing, sales, and drove all around Pennsylvania to do in-person introductions and presentations. I handled and maintained the CRM database of over 3,000, expanding it to over 11,000 businesses during my time. My leads would go on to produce over $1 million in sales per year.

I support a range of clients through B2B lead generation, creating sales opportunities through phone and email means. I diligently research the details and provide a comprehensive view of any prospects my clients may have interest in, then I help them tackle the introductions. I also help analyze metrics for a statistical view of ROI for my clients, and create spreadsheets to illustrate the impact on their business.

Set-up and served various weddings and events with up to 300 people in attendance. Set-up was vigorous, and physical work.
