Managed the recertification efforts necessary to maintain status as the only O+M LEED Platinum convention center in the nation, as well as SalmonSafe recertifications and others. Crafted and then provided trainings to all OCC work teams. Formed and then chaired three committees, including the OCC Racial Equity Team. Managed the creation of the venue's Racial Equity Action Framework, overseeing all aspects of the project, including scope, budget, timelime, etc. Liaised with employee unions and staff teams as difficult conversations surrounding race were held throughout the venue. Strengthened community partnerships with an in-house donation program touting over 22 annual tons of supplies and materials being given to local nonprofits. Led public tours of the building, gave dozens of speeches at public engagements and represented the OCC several Metro-wide committees.
