My primary role was to monitor and enter traffic incidents which were then transmitted to GPS devices through radio frequencies.• Monitored real-time traffic using CCTV cameras. • Entered relevant information in the application (GEWI) eg data accidents or incidents, actual or scheduled roadworks and other information.• Ensured data was transmitted to the GPS devices by checking the off-air monitors.• Suggested the requirements of a new data entry tool.
