Roshan Thomas is an assistant vice president and portfolio manager in the real estate group at Capital Automotive Real Estate Services (CARS), where he is responsible for a team overseeing half of the company’s automotive dealership real estate assets across the US and Canada. CARS is a REIT that has operated within the automotive retail industry since 1998 as the first company solely focused on providing highly tailored sale-leaseback capital to automotive dealers. Roshan is a graduate of American University's Kogod School of Business in Washington, D.C., and gained valuable experience with several companies and non-profit organizations in the D.C. area. Previously, Roshan supported the real estate investments team at Clark Enterprises, a diversified investment firm founded in 1972 by the renowned engineer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, A. James Clark.
