Responsibilities included managing diverse digital projects focused on strategic design, analytics tracking and reporting, A/B testing and optimization consulting, keeping all projects on time and on budget. I lead my project teams from kickoff to completion, lead internal and client facing statuses for short term and retainer clients, and work collaboratively with Directors and Account Managers to make strategic recommendations to continue growing accounts and delivering above and beyond service to our clients. Because my clients varied in size and scope, I often wore multiple hats, playing the role of Account Manager and QA support. Clients included Adobe, Abbott Laboratories and a variety of smaller project based engagements. Internally, I collaborated with my client services colleagues to constantly improve and optimize our processes, identify, implement and train staff on new digital tools. One improvement I really appreciated working on is improving our scoping process to ensure we have more agility to move quickly when a prospective client is looking to engage our services.In addition to my functions as a producer, I am part of a committee to identify volunteer opportunities and personal development experiences for our internal team, which is one facet of my job here that I enjoy the most.

Responsibilities included building and managing systems to optimize production of precious metal products, identify and implement new technology solutions to support overall business management efforts (Google Work Space, Basecamp, ERP systems, etc), provide guidance and professional development to production team, see projects through conception to completion and identify and implement solutions as new challenges are encountered. In my time here, I was able to manage the transition from Microsoft Office to Google Workspace, revamp basecamp practices and protocols and overall company communication efforts. This role was both internal and client facing.

Responsibilities included scoping and managing budgets and timelines for diverse creative projects (print, digital, website, experiential, strategic, etc) from conception through execution both for external clients and internal agency needs. While working at Struck I primarily managed the website and promotional campaign launches for Jack in the Box. Additional clients included Disney Animation, Dreamworks Animation, Nickelodeon, ORE Designs, Snowbird Ski Resort and various biotech companies. In addition to my day to day work, I also established an internal committee to identify community service efforts the agency can participate in or support. I also led a working group to establish communication protocols and helped integrate Slack and optimize our project management tools across teams.

Responsibilities included collaborating with the Director of Communications and Media Relations to develop, implementing and managing Safe Horizon’s social media strategy; Manage all social media platforms that are currently proprietary to the agency (Facebook, twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) as well as potential new platforms in the marketplace. In a related way, understand the best approach to engaging with users on these platforms; Managing other digital media functions such as creation of social media and web assets, video production, and photography.

Responsibilities included working both independently and with the director to brainstorm and identify creative and innovative approaches to media campaigns across various network wide initiatives, leading on media generation for a wide range of social media campaigns in tandem with large scale rally events, working closely with the senior producer through all stages of video production including talent selection, video concept generation, art direction, conducting interviews, and providing post production feedback, and identifying, pitching, and maintaining a digital asset management system with over 50,000 assets.

Responsibilities included overseeing all events across the program, generating new programs for scholars, fine tuning community outreach efforts, managing social media and web presence, designing print and digital materials, providing guidance and counseling to scholars, overseeing dormitory upkeep, tracking and communicating academic performance, and communicating with parents/guardians about scholars overall performance and well being.

AmeriCorps responsibilities included documenting and blogging about the overall experience and taking part in national events of service.
