Improved Continuous Integration unit tests for DornerWorks’ Xen Zynq Distribution(XZD) by adding the ability to dynamically send a configuration option to the unit test. The addition was written in Python.Improved the seL4 formally verified microkernel by verifying improvements, creating generic driver templates for CAmkES components, and adding platform support for the CubieTruck board.Developed tests written in C for a DMA engine running on the Xilinx ZCU102 board, and then used those tests to debug and analyze the engine’s code. Edited and proofed the changes to the quarterly XZD User Manual.Created, implemented, and managed a code review and SCRUM style agile development system using two software tools: Gerrit and Tuleap.

Collaborated with a Professor to model a IEC60904-9 Class A solar simulator using high-power LEDs.Developed a MATLAB script to find the optimal intensity of 18 different colored, high-power LEDs, so that their spectrum would match the solar spectrum. Modelled the solar simulator using a software called LightTools, verifying the optimal LED spectrum and finding the color quality.Co-authored and edited the paper, which was published by SPIE Optics + Photonics and presented at their conference in San Diego.
