Key Projects:▪ Managed all phases of the USMC Combat Operations Center (COC) Voice Subsystem development and production program including software and hardware development, testing, production, product improvement, and customer support.▪ Met cost and schedule targets as Lead Systems Engineer and Subcontract Manager, charged with directing the design, integration, and installation of an emergency voice switching system for FAA air traffic controllers at the Potomac Consolidated Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON).▪ Led proposal development efforts with the following key wins: the CAC2S Phase I Voice Intercom System ($7M), USMC DSAN Life Cycle Support (T&M with $45M ceiling), NAV CANADA RCE Development and Production ($2M) programs.▪ Proposed and successfully executed IR&D programs resulting in the development of a VoIP intercom and radio/telephone gateway system, a remote radio control system, and several software drivers for the LongArm product line.▪ Coordinated engineering, production and support resources within a matrix organization at multiple facilities, as well as supervising multiple subcontractors.▪ Developed tools to identify the group's staffing requirements and ensured all projects were adequately staffed.

Responsible for all aspects of a $3.8M division executing systems integration projects worldwide. Products consisted of remote environmental monitoring systems and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems based on Sutron's standard product line with remote telemetry capability. This work involved business development and customer support, technical and administrative leadership to teams performing system design, software development, equipment modification, custom hardware design, installation, training, and documentation.
