In this role I managed and owned of a number of projects to drive business efficiency in the Small Mid-Market Solutions & Partners (SMS&P) group at Microsoft UK. I built a strong rapport with my team and stakeholders across the business by delivering excellent results and clear solutions to business challenges. I was responsible for driving pipeline management ensuring excellent health and hygiene so the business could accurately forecast and monitor revenue performance. I implemented new pipeline management rigour and developed smarter reporting using SQL & Microsoft Excel to monitor this gaining senior management buy-in in the process.I achieved 100% attainment of a number of scorecard metrics which I owned, working closely with stakeholders to develop logical and methodical processes to attain each one. I contributed to an upturn in Managed Audience NSAT score for the UK subsidiary by leading a data cleansing exercise with account teams to ensure better data quality and therefore a more accurate representation of the UK customer base. As the subject matter expert for the UK, I managed the Microsoft Managed Partner List and the partner planning process ahead of the new fiscal year liaising with senior management in the UK and US to do this.My achievements and close focus on personal development were recognised by winning the Microsoft Intern Personal Development award and being short-listed for Microsoft Intern of the Year.In my stretch project, I was a valued member of the Get On Events Team. This involved organising and presenting at events for young people to give them a greater understanding of what working in the technology industry is like. Following the success of this project, I presented to Microsoft UK's General Manager and Director of Corporate Affairs to outline the impact that our team had made to young people in the area.
