Packaging Manufacturers Association of Georgia (PMAG) is the first Georgian packaging cluster. Its mission is to support the packaging industry and individual members to enhance competitiveness and scale up, through synergies of collaboration across the value chain. It brings together packaging producers from Tbilisi, Kakheti and Imereti regions.The cluster was created within the framework of the EU-funded “EU innovative action for private sector competitiveness in Georgia”.▪ Developing and executing organisational strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.▪ Reporting to the board, providing insights and strategic advice.▪ Delegating tasks and monitoring team performance.▪ Monitoring daily operations of the Cluster, financial management, strategic development and projectimplementations in order to ensure that organization can successfully fulfil its mission.▪ Fundraising, communication with donors and developing other resources necessary to support themission of the organization.▪ Integrating cluster members into existing European associative / cluster networks and institutions, inorder to ensure continuous leadership, exchange of experience and establish business contacts.▪ Establishing regional representations and attracting new members▪ Building and enhancing the company's public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc.

Achievements:▪ Organizing various high-profile projects and campaigns e.g Election Engagement Campaign "Your Vote - Our Future" Funded by President of Georgia (total budget $200 000).▪ Working with various public and non-governmental institutions, including Administration of President of Georgia, State Ministry for Euro-Atlantic Integration of Georgia, Ministry of Youth and Sport Affairs of Georgia, Parliament of Georgia, Information Center on NATO and EU.

▪ Educating high school students interested in Politics and International Relations - giving lectures about Political Ideologies and Debate Techniques. Achievements:▪ Taught more than 600 motivated and open-minded school students ▪ Published a book on the subject I was teaching - "Liberalism - Ideology of Freedom"
