Throughout his career, he has demonstrably excelled in administrative operations, project management, healthcare program development and implementation, and advocacy.His experience spans across several organizations including Emergency Response Albania (ERA), Swiss Foundation for Innovation (SFI), World Vision Albania & Kosovo, and World Vision Albania. In his current role as Head of Administration at ERA and ERA Medical Services, he is responsible for the overall administrative work, financial management, and client relations. He also plays a key role in representing the organizations in official meetings and providing technical assistance in defining health services.Previously, at SFI, he served as the Primary Health Care and Emergency Medicine Programme Coordinator, overseeing technical expertise, medical training activities, and project design. His experience at World Vision Albania & Kosovo encompassed managing national health programs, ensuring quality implementation, and influencing the health agenda at both national and international levels. He also served as the National Health Advocacy Coordinator, supporting needs assessments and providing technical support for community health initiatives.Renato Toska possesses a strong educational background, having completed a Post-graduate Program in Public Health and Graduate Studies in Medicine at the University of Medicine in Tirana, Albania.
