Verified HW, FW, and OS changes at the system and sub-system (optical disc drive) levels. Focused on SATA bus, console interoperability, and performance of new XGD2 optical disc format and security measures to ensure positive customer experience. Results: Planned and executed test cases, analyzed test results, prior to release of the XBOX 360S game console.

Recruited to start-up Plexera. Oversaw new product development (R&D) for an new electro-optical scientific instrument. Results: Creation of new intellectual property, ISO 9001 quality system, and a new manufacturing environment. Built Manufacturing and Product Development departments from the ground up.

GE Healthcare bought Datex-Ohmeda. Promoted to establish and optimize the Global OPSI process for $400M annual Medical Device revenue stream by balancing product mix and inventory, with production and distribution capacity. Manufacturing in four factories in USA, Sweden, and Finland, with global value chain and distribution.

Recruited to Datex-Ohmeda. Promoted to Operations Engineering Manager, lead a cross functional teams of 10-12 Engineers and Technicians to support on time delivery, high quality, minimal rejects, and product and process improvements in medical device environment. As Site manager in Helsingborg Sweden, responsible for all aspects of site operations and turnaround of the site. With a peak of 32 direct reports providing service and distribution of life support medical devices for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

New Products: One of a team of four that developed the Nicolet Instruments IMPACT 400 FTIR Spectrometer in about eight months time. Also wrote embedded test code in "C" programming language for a cross-compiled real-time target; Digital Storage Oscilloscope (DSO). Plus documentation, shock, vibration, FCC radiated emissions, susceptibility and stress testing.
