Although it may seem like a leap from working for Navigator to Rádio Popular, I decided that a role with a deeper involvement with people was more suitable to me. In Rádio Popular I had the responsability of scheduling, determine the best line of workflow possible to outreach our monthly goals, being the link between the manager, our employees and our customers, problem solving in real time unpredictable scenarios and maintain the best working environment of our team.

Working for the navigator company, the biggest in the paper industry in Portugal, I had the responsibility to maintain the connection to the suppliers and also the carriers, perform quality control procedures of the material received and update the strategies to improve the operation flow and profitability of the park I was responsible of.
