I am a college lecturer with extensive instruction, training, and administration experience in the fields of humanities and social sciences. My journey in academia has been fueled by curiosity for how languages evolve and shape societies- from ancient tongues to modern vernaculars, and whatever is embedded within each linguistic thread. My research and academic interests include L2 acquisition, standardized language exams, language curriculum development, language syntax and morphology, and sociolinguistics, aiming to uncover deeper insights into the ways we use language to define our identities and navigate our world. I have also taught courses in education, behavioral and social sciences, communication, ethics, philosophy, and other courses in the humanities.
