Well seasoned and experienced General Manager, having grown with business after starting in a Service Advisor position over 10 years ago. As an employee, my past experiences have honed my overall abilities and management skillset to work with minimal supervisor oversight but with proven effectiveness. I strivie to provide excellent customer service and sales, meshed with providing a smooth running and profitable overall shop operation. Most recent automotive industry work reflects an advisor role where day to day task involved advising all customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs, writing service orders, handling all insurance and warranty company claims along with handling all internal & external shop communications ranging from technician parts requests to customer appointment inquiries and vendor communications.I gained my management experience having served as the General Manager and Assistant General Manager at Juke Automotive in Austin, TX. Both management positions broadened my communication and problem solving abilities as I oversaw daily operations of the shop. This was a staff of over 20 employees and operated at a fast pace and required quick adaptability and engagement with both supervisors and staff.
