I bring a unique blend of inclusion, strategy, leadership and relationship-building skills, formed by a 5 year in career in DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging) both the not-for-profit, community services and public sector. Committed to fostering positive social change, excelling at operationalizing strategic plans, and driving transformative outcomes. Strong stakeholder management skills teamed with strong analytical skills enable me to quickly identify pain points and areas for improvement, whilst being rooted in what is realistic, achievable, and sustainable. Having a deep passion for sociology, social change & grassroots movements and self-determination, I am skilled in enabling equitable practice to support marginalized peoples and focusing on the restorative impact of community. My work engaging, consulting with, and advocating for communities allows me to offer them a seat at the table, providing space for them to be heard and harnessing the ability to translate and operationalize these needs strategically.In addition to my professional experiences and skills, my lived experience of being a queer, disabled person informs my practice.
