Reporting to the Business Development Director of Tourism Boards Partnerships, my responsibilities include the following: - Coordinate the execution of media plans with the relevant departments to launch digital marketing and advertising campaigns. - Assist in Identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored media solutions.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to enhance our competitive position.- Work closely with other departments, including creative, social media, digital marketing, and advertising to ensure seamless execution of projects.- Support the Business Development Director in organizing, coordinating, and developing global partnerships with National Tourism Boards in multiple markets: UAE, KSA, Kuwait, and other GCC markets.- Engage in regular communications to ensure a clear understanding of customer needs and requirements. - Assist in preparing client reports upon campaigns' compilation.

Reporting directly to the organization's CEO, my responsibilities included the following:- Plan and organize the CEO's agenda, meetings, appointments, and travel. - Manage and coordinate the diary of the CEO by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.- Plan and organize travel and accommodation when required. - Implement internal and external communication strategies as needed. - Handle clients’ inquiries professionally and knowledgeably.- Obtain all the necessary documentation required to carry out needed activities.
