Product Manager for, DJI Enterprise and AgricultureDuties responsibilities:Maintain and grow the Rectron client base through promoting and selling Rectron’s product range.Effectively work with established clients and the normal dealer base assigned. Peruse the current sales dealer bases to identify sales opportunities. Follow up / Close leads generated on CRM. Maintain and build trusted, long-term business relationships with clients. Engage closely with customers and ensure their expectations are met according to their requirements including breakdown of quotes and projects given. Ensure the client’s needs are met, with clear understanding and the relevant technical knowledge to match Rectron products. Proactively update and advise clients on new and upcoming Rectron products Assisting all customers and sales team with queries, quotes and orders. Accurately list new products with key online customers based on their defined requirements. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services. Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects when required. Constant liaising with other members of the sales team and interacting with the technical team. Complete all allocated Product training as when necessary. Efficiently process accurate vendor reports ensuring that deadlines are adhered to and met. General updates and administration

Conceptualizing and Design of flyers, posters, signs, billboards, vehicle branding, stationary, mailshots (creation/database management/sending/scheduling), web banners (flash/gif/static), display media (capture/edit video) with self-created artwork or supplied from vendors also oversee and quality check artwork from team. Online & social media marketing, updating the company web site and also all social media portals.Setting up Events/stands (rAge, Roadshows, Product Launches, Golf Days) from start to finish, planning and making arrangements also meeting with vendors to plan and discuss marketing.

Increase customer base by locating prospective clients setting up meetings, determining customer needs and creating a package deal that will suit the customers requirements and create/develop the first draft to present to the client in the given timeframe as discussed.Liaising with clients until final sign off of projects.
