After my graduation as a Computer Science Engineer I Joined bongo technology as an IT Analyst and blessed with many practical experience like software testing, Customer support (technical), SaaS product dashboard operating, Product demonstration (software & IoT devices), Dealing with local and foreign delegates, IoT device installation supervision before leaving this environment. I was told I made good progress on Client handling (local & foreign) and customer support. I believe that became possible for my freelancing experience. From 2020 I started freelancing in fiverr and the local market on Responsive Web Designing. Basically I build wordpress landing pages and e-commerce websites for my foreign and local clients. After leaving bongo technology I was trying to do something on my own and with some of my friends we started NB Traders. It's a logistic trade office, which provides construction based hardware materials and IT products. We have worked with local companies and foreign construction farms (mostly japanese). As an IT Vendor Officer at NB Traders I on hand experienced a lot of things like IT operation handling, Customer support (technical), Maintaining and managing purchase order, Handling logistics. Throughout my little journey of experience I have learned never to stop learning. So, I am trying my best to thrive in my assigned work.
