As the founder and manager of a dabkeh school, I handle a wide range of responsibilities. I source and hire qualified dabkeh instructors, negotiate contracts, and ensure they are paid on time. Additionally, I attract students through various channels, manage enrollments, and maintain relationships with current students. I also set tuition fees, collect payments, and keep financial records in order. Organizing events and shows is a key part of my role, involving coordinating logistics and ensuring successful performances. I rent and maintain a suitable venue for classes and events. To promote the school, I run advertising campaigns, manage social media accounts, and engage with the community to raise awareness and attract new students.

As the founder and leader of this youth group, I have built a sense of community by organizing regular social, educational, and spiritual-oriented events with parents and volunteers. I have developed strong leadership and management skills while managing the group.

I was responsible for managing all accounting transactions, preparing budget forecasts, publishingfinancial statements, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable. I also ensured timely bankpayments, computed taxes, and managed balance sheets and profit/loss statements. I have astrong understanding of financial policies and regulations and have experience in auditing financialtransactions and documents.
