I am a Civil Engineer currently enrolled as post graduate student in Hydraulics, Irrigation & Drainage, USPCASW-MUET Jamshoro. I don’t have any work experience as I sought admission for post graduation immediately after my undergrad. However, I have done internship in RCC consultants Hyderabad. In addition, my father is a constructor so I get to assist him most of time. My assistance includes analysis of structure for its stability; making Bill of Quantities and Bar Bending Schedules. I have knack of knowledge and expertise on AUTOCAD, ETABS, C++, SAP, SAFE, ARCMAP 10.1, HYDRODESKTOP, PRIMAVERA & MALAB. My long term plan is to be professor in university. My aspiration to perform independent researches is main reason for choosing this career path.Apart from engineering, I have profound love for spoken word poetry. I am also a freelance writer at elephant journal. Mostly I write motivational poems or essays in order to aware, educate, inspire and move peoples. My favorite authors are Jane Austin, Napoleon Hill, and Thomas Hardy. My inspiration is Sarah Kay; an American poet aspires to educate peoples by story and poetry telling.One of my passions is to eradicate poverty and provide opportunities for employment for I believe that earning less is better than not earning at all, eating under nutritious food is better than not eating at all and seeking education in under rated school is better than illiteracy. In order to achieve it I strongly believe in empowerment of women as bread winners. I am constantly promoting needle work, hand looms and Ajrak patterns done by rural communities in metropolitan area. I have also applied for small grants aiming for community development. My long term goal is to provide a platform where needy peoples, especially in my town, can connect with people who are willing to, and trying to, help.
