Current Arranging Travel and Accommodations Booking flights, hotels, and transportation for executives and staff. Managing Microsoft Outlook Calendar Efficiently maintaining and organizing calendars to schedule meetings, appointments, and other events. Creating and maintaining records of monthly expenses incurred by the CEO Setting up and managing virtual meetings on platforms like Zoom, ensuring everyone has access. Gathering and organizing all necessary documents and information required for visa applications. Handling phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, and ensuring all participants are aware of the details. Organizing Meetings and Appointments Making word sheet of minutes of meetings and send copies to the attendees afterward Facilitating communication between executives and employees, relaying messages and information Organizing lunch and refreshments for meetings as needed Sending samples to overseas clients using courier services like DHL or FedEx. Arrange all required documents for shipment etc. (Fumigation certificate & Phyto) Creating lists of guests for sending gifts Coordinating with the finance department to ensure timely payments to vendors. Sending out birthday announcements and well wishes to staff by email. Submitting internet, electricity (k-Electric) bills, and school fee on a monthly basis Completing any other tasks or assignments delegated by executives Providing Administrative support.
