On-call for 7 of Woodgreen's childcare services. Assist RECEs to effectively follow through with daycare routines (meal preparation, outdoor/indoor play, naptime, diaper changes). Effectively support children of different age groups; infants, toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarten and school age. Display enthusiasm when implementing developmentally appropriate activities and during interactions with children, colleagues and families. Encourage child-directed play to ensure each child can enjoy a healthy holistic development.Professional practice as an ECA is in accordance with the expectations listed in the Code of Ethics for Educators of Ontario, How Does Learning Happen Framework and ELECT.
