• Provide strategic partnership and operational HR consultation for business partners.• Develop and implement yearly manpower plans and budgets for partners. • Drive the implementation of HR initiatives such as recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits and organizational development. • Retain and select talent that adds value to the business in line with business requirement and strategy. • Provide coaching and mentoring to management and staff to bring out the best of their talents, identifying rooms of improvement and implementing proper training course sin line with brand and business initiatives. • Delivery of SMART objectives, and embedding them in a performance management system, to enable both staff and management to properly evaluate performance and align it with business strategy. • Closely work with the training unit to identify training needs to improve skills, competencies and organizational capabilities, succession planning and career development plans. • Provide support in follow ups and evaluation to ensure success of training programs designed to meet department objectives. • Work in partnership with HR specialist and management regarding HR solution effectiveness in order to identify continuous improvement opportunities. • Provide day to day performance management guidance to line management and staff to support in resolving employee relations issue. By providing proper solutions to staff in line with business needs. • Provide proactive and continuous support to business leadership regarding organizational change and support the implementation of Re branding and other major changes as required within business areas. • Responsible for the Qatarization initiative and plan to achieve success rates, through the right selection of candidates for work and sponsorship opportunities.

• Responsibility for controlling the punctuality of the employee.• Making sure that the employee is fulfilling the required job description as well as abiding by the labor law.• Responsibility for providing the necessary paper work including work certificates, recommendations, NSSF certificates, employment and all kinds of leave requests, if needed either by the employee or the managers.• Helping in the issuance of the payroll.• Responsibility in evaluating the employee’s efficiency and making sure his/her rights are reserved.• I have worked on the salary matrix for the company, as well as the job appraisal and development process.• Responsibility of developing the job description of the positions we have.• Responsibility of developing the HR manual for future references.
