Take over full responsibility of regional program design, development and implementation; undertake and coordinate diverse activities through partners like, mobilize the community through "Pot and theater show", "Peace Rally", 15 "Community dialogue workshop", 7 "Lesson learned conference" and 1 "Regional peace conference" with upazilla, district and regional level govt. officials, CSO, women, youth and political leaders to create awareness and establish good governance in this society. Maintain close communication and coordination with program tasks, support NGOs, and public service providers and ensure coordinated service delivery;Managing and coordinating activity implementing by implementing consortium in 6 districts of southern region in Bangladesh;Maintain close coordination and liaison with the 6-city corporation and municipal authorities, political leaders, CSO leaders, active citizens, women and youth leaders and develop effective partnerships with them;Assist in providing the procedural and technical support to partner NGO’s staff within the areas of finance and budget, to ensure compliance with DI’s financial policies, rules and regulations; Facilitate the planning and budgeting processes and supervise the project’s financial resources.
