Technological advancements has allowed us a great deal of automation. Primary objective of an automation should be to save time and ergo money. As a system engineer I have always looked at companies with a bird's eye view regardless of my position. These experience allowed me to observe bulky processes and unnecessary paper pushing resulting higher cost. But these problems have not been in focus for a long time. The inception of Uzir was to provide solution to these areas. • Championing Lean Manufacturing, my job consisted of supporting GE Aviation manufacturing unit in identifying their bottlenecks, constraints and opportunities to reduce time and increase savings.• Lead a team of six people, both local and international as a product owner from both business and technical aspect.• Took ownership of a GE Aviation home grown tool called Constraint Analytics.
