I am a hardworking and conscientious individual with a sunny and calm disposition who has highly polished analytical and research skills and around 10 years experience in retail, hospitality and customer service.I have a history of academic excellence and intellectual rigour and my eclectic professional career has allowed me to gain a diverse range of transferable skills including: stakeholder management and building client rapport, conflict resolution, critical analysis, thinking about the bigger picture, and communicating clearly within a team to achieve timed objectives.I work better under pressure and in fast-paced environments and enjoy creative problem-solving and focusing on elements of risk management.As a Master’s graduate in Korean, I adhere to a concept called nunchi (눈치): the subtle art of gauging other people’s thoughts and feelings to build collective trust, harmony and connection. Thus I am seeking a role that will allow me to be a part of a team where I can collaboratively challenge and improve upon myself and those I work alongside.
