My Typical Workflow,I always look for clear charter and strong support from my client, Before proceeding to the planing. I’ll involve my team and work together in planning the project, which helps everyone to have a clear understanding, commitment and accountability to the project. Never goes to execution phase without getting approval of the project plan from my resource team. I always make sure that everyone in my team takes the ownership of the project, which ensures identifying and analysing the problem. Which helps finding solution and remain committed to the project's success. I'll never hesitate to ask help from my client, when I can't resolve the problem in the project by making them part in planning, including them in project status and solicit their feedback which ensures success of the project.
