✔After graduating from the University of Southampton, I went to Shanghai and joined microelectronic industry as an engineer. It was a very interesting and meaningful experience. I met a lot friends, and they are talented tachnicians full of passion. In 2016 I came to Jiaxing Taite Rubber. Rubber industry is a very traditional industry. ✔The way people doing things is very different from the microelectronics industry. I had been working in production department and the sales department. Management is not easy, the ideas of the operator and management staff are very different, but I try to understand everyone in the company.✔Jiaxing Taite Rubber, as known as the best rubber track manufacturer in China, was founded in 2003. Taite rubber focuses on oversea market and OE business. In the area of construction equipment, our AVT(Anti-vibration Technology) mini-excavator rubber track has a significant market share in Europe, and is the choice of domestic machine makes such as XCMG and Liugong. ✔In addition, Taite's paving machine rubber pads are supplied to some major paving machine manufacturers like Voegele and Dynapac.
