Lead the overall process of watershed assessment and identification of feasible micro watersheds for restoration/rejuvenation in the project working areas according to watershed selection guidelines.2. Contribute to developing the capacity building plan, training module, and guidelines for watershed committee and local community groups and lead the implementation process of the plan.3. Develop capacity building plan, training modules and guidelines for water management and land use planning for climate smart agriculture (CSA).4. Provide planning and implementation support to the field staff in organizing and facilitating capacity-building training for the farmers for adoption of CSA and water efficient technologies.5. Promote and increase farmers capacities in climate-smart agriculture (CSA) technologies and water efficient technologies for smallholder farmers and Local Water User Group (LWUG).6. Contribute to developing trial and demo plots and support field staff in establishing demonstration/trial plots on CSA, water use efficiency, and soil health improvement technologies.7. Ensure the development of the 'catchment area cropping plan' and implementation of the plan by the Watershed Committee and LWUG.8. Ensure planning and technical support to the farmers of LWUG for the improvement of farm structures that supports the efficient use of water.9. Maintain effective liaison with representatives of private sectors, extension officials, Union Parishad, and community leaders to ensure their support in project implementation.10. Ensure timely logistic support to the team members and adherence to the financial and HR policy of the organization.11. Regular coaching, mentoring, guiding, and accompanying project members for the successful implementation of project interventions.12. Prepare and review the budget according to the work plan, and ensure stick adherence to the organizational financial policies and guidelines in project expenditures.

Regularly follow up the project activities, financial status, and work progress.7. Coach and oriented the staffs of partners organization on crop advisory, weather advisory, different organic technologies and IPM measures.8. Data collection of the R & D demo plot and reporting through Kobo Collect Apps.9. Responsible for overseeing community development plans, farmers training, women training, homestead gardening, Gender equality training, CRSA (Climate Resilience Sustainable Agriculture) activities and livelihoods support.10. Package of assistance provided to the small and medium farmer. 11. Farmer field school session conduction along with Farmer expert group.12. Prepare monthly, quarterly and final narrative report as per the project need

Overall responsibilities for Coordination, Planning and management of all project/Program activities in terms of project designing, budget analysis & maintaining expenditures as per the budget provision.2. Provide supervision, monitoring and technical support to the project staffs as well as beneficiaries to smoothly implementation of project activities.3. Conduct different thematic studies on the issues of food security & Climate resilience sustainable agriculture and action researches on organic farming technologies and indigenous varieties of different crops, and based on research findings developed technological guideline of different crops & improve/developed different organic technologies.4. Led a unique model for developing of Organic Model Village and Climate Resilient Sustainable livelihoods.5. Production plan preparation for different types of crops. Provide Technical support on safe/organic food production & quality control, implementation of Participatory Guarantee system (PGS); ensure production of crops & vegetables in terms of business. 6. Farmer Organization development and Capacity building to the community on Sustainable Agriculture, Enterprise development of rural men & women for better livelihoods. 7. Develop a marketing action plan including forward and backward linkages for all the potential businesses for farmers to increase their income, support to women empowerment through agricultural production, small business development and livestock rearing, facilitation team responsible for implementation of plans. 8. Ensure production for Lokoj Echo-Friendly Agri Enterprise Supply chain. 9. Conduct field study and action research to identifying optimum dose of organic fertilizer as well as combination doses of organic & chemical fertilizer in new crop land. 10. Keeping sound relationship with Administrative sector, DAE, SCA, BADC, Private sector and Donors.
