I have over ten months experience in Quality Assurance department and working in process quality control(IPQC) section.Ensure manufacturing & packaging area with BMR & BPRThe things i can do are:1.DT determination of tablets and capsules with the use of Disintegration tester. 2.Determination of acidity and alkalinity of syrup and suspension with the use of pH instrument. 3.Determination of filled weight and fill weight of capsules and soft gels with the use of Electronic balance. 4.Determination of tablets Friability. 5.Determination of moisture of granules with the use of Moisture analysis.6. Determination of tablet weight, thickness and hardness.7.Primary & secondary packaging area checking. 8.Blister area checking. 9.Production area checking and sample collecting,testing and samples sent to QC dept. 10.Document making & note book log entry. Others QA related activities.Now i want to develop my career in a reputed organization where there is immense scope to work and prove one’s expertise and maneuver a positive contribution to the organization by sincerely accomplishing the duties and responsibilities assigned to me.
