*To Control inventory (RM, PM & FG) levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.*To maintain the production planning according to demand forecast.*To monitor the reorder level and forward requisition to SCM for RM, PM based on material requirement.*To monitor and handling the activities of Toll manufacturing from other pharmaceutical companies.*To create policies and procedures for warehouse activities and ensure all systems meet the standards for accreditation in line with the quality systems.*To plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of both raw materials to Production and finished goods to Distribution department with maintaining the proper procedures.*To Prepare and updated of SOP’s, EOP’s for Warehouse area.*To Ensure storage condition of both raw materials and finished products are in full adherence with the prevailing best practice and guidelines.*Apply the principles of FEFO and/or FIFO as appropriate.*Assessing resource required for different areas, raising requisition and follow up.*To train up the subordinates and new comer employees for warehouse area.*To ensure safety, Security, cleanliness & hygiene of warehouse area.*To continuously review ways to aid efficiency, add value and reduce costs as well as delivering continuous improvement initiatives.*To Monitor and control of PPM item (Receive, Storage and distribution of PPM to marketing team according to the monthly allocation from SMD).*To communication with local suppliers, C&F, Currier service, Distribution department, Marketing team and others as an when necessary.

Receiving PR from user, sourcing materials, collect the quotation from suppliers, collect the sample from vendor, negotiation, preparing CS, preparing Top sheet, preparing PO/WO and forward to the selected suppliers, to manage the advance payment when necessary, follow up on delivering the materials as per PO accordingly, communicate with warehouse & users, collect MRR from warehouse, processing and submission the bill with collaboration A&F, cost analysis, market visit, suppliers evaluation, sourcing vendors etc.

Overall warehouse & Inventory management like materials receiving, issued, inventory, ensure storage condition, safety and hygiene, ensure quality management systems(cGMP, SOP, ISO), KAIZEN, 5S, trained to the new employees, meet the internal and external audit, finished goods receiving from production and delivery as per PO, preparing SOP, documentation etc.

Overall warehouse & Inventory management like materials receiving, raise up on GRN, issued, inventory, ensure storage condition, reconciliation, ensure safety and hygiene, ensure quality management systems(cGMP, SOP), review and preparing SOP & EOP, preparing MRR, handling and manage the rejected /recall products, remove hazardous material from warehouse, receiving finished goods from production and dispatched to distribution dept. accordingly, meet the internal & external audit, trained to the new employees, Documentation etc. All kinds of VAT activities at factory end including price declaration of the product and monthly return submission.
