Communicate with Customer and Keep Following Up: Proactively engage with customers, providing updates and persistent follow-ups for satisfaction.3. Monitor Work Progress and Maintain Ticket Communication with Customer: Track project progress, maintain ticket communication, and keep customers informed.4. Prepare and Submit Invoices: Meticulously prepare and submit accurate and transparent invoices.5. Follow up and Collection of Bills: Tactfully follow up on outstanding bills to ensure prompt collection.
