• Began engagement by taking over internal static asset library (using legacy web pages and FTP servers)• Worked strategically with the internal brand management team to develop a plan to scale the accessibility of brand assets in a consistent and trackable way. • Planned and designed a custom asset management system to index and share brand assets across the organization.• Developed a custom image search database and custom web application engine for brand photo shoots. • Deployed and managed cloud-hosting databases and application servers to reliably support 10's of thousands of users across the organization.• Migrated the custom photography database to use an internal asset management tool to avoid duplication and improve data integrity.• After 10 years of development, hosting, and management of this custom platform, I executed a knowledge transfer effort allowing the internal corporate team to continue development and expansion.

Before “the Cloud” was a well-known term, I designed, developed, and built the one of the first global cloud SAAS platform for animation studios, providing them with the immense amount of computing power they need for animation. We’ve worked with Sony, Disney, and thousands of animation studios around the world.Computer animating requires multiple computers working simultaneously to render complicated animation.
