Ruben Feenstra Work Experience Details
  • Logisch Gevolg
    Owner
    Logisch Gevolg 2004 - Present
As a designer I have serveral years of experience in designing and producing products for consumers and businesses. The designs are developed both in contract and as an own initiative. Clients include the WWF, Essent, and the VU Medical Centre Amsterdam (Academic Hospital Amsterdam). Logisch Gevolg is boyishly inspired by outdoor life. Logisch Gevolg works with the same adventurous excitement and passion with which one used to build huts. By turning dreams into ideas and designs I achieve concrete products. Judging all designs by the concept of boys’ dreams Logisch Gevolg presents itself in an unambiguous way. On fairs Logisch Gevolg presents itself as a design company for custom designed outdoor product and sells mass-produced flower pots. During these presentations Logisch Gevolg communicates by way of flyers and verbally, that the designs of Logisch Gevolg are developed from boys’ dreams, challenging people with the question: Do you still have dreams? Working thus way I have gained experience in the design and realization of all sorts of objects. I have extensive experience in planning, co-operation and achieving more complex projects simultaneously. Working from a set of requirements, which in commissioned projects is often the case, I feel as freedom. The set of requirements is a framework in which I can test my designs. It stimulates creativity to deal with this freedom. Most satisfied I am with a design that meets the set of requirements and surprises at the same time.
  • A Boy'S Dream
    Partner, Product Designer
    A Boy'S Dream Jan 2011 - Present
