Financial accountability for the program which include participation in MOR, QBR, Annual operating and capital budget. Fiscal management of a $75M operational budget. Implementation OT Reduction Program which reduced OT by 75%. Expansion of PACE in North Broward and South Miami-Dade. On call Program development across all sites decreasing ER and Inpatient Admissions by 30%. Increased utilization of other MJH Business Units. Participation in Board meetings and presentations. Part of numerous MJH strategic planning committees. Direct supervision of 7 Directors and their subordinates which included 200 employees.

Responsible for the operations of PACE Hialeah. Fiscal management of a $16M operational budget. Census growth of 30%. Hiring, training and development of a new IDT Team. Complete elimination of OT at the Site. Development of Nursing on call team which reduced ER and Inpatient Admissions. Corrected prior Site Director AHCA deficiencies. PACE Hialeah Site has been free of deficiencies during inspections by Federal, State and County agencies. Assisted with the development of the PACE AIT Program ensuring succession. Periodically will managed other PACE Sites during other Directors’ absences. Increased utilization usage of other MJH Business Units.

Responsible for the operations of Florida PACE Center's Inc. and MJH Transportation Department. Restructuration of transportation operations and personnel. Reduction in personnel by 20%. Fiscal management of a $2.5M operational budget. Hiring, training and development of a new transportation Team. Contract negotiation with transportation companies in Dade and Broward counties.
