Internal promotion after Delivery Manager role (Jun 2017 - Aug 2020).Being responsible for project management and delivery (setup and support) of Testwizard client systems (an in-house developed test automation tool), I was involved in the complete process to successfully setup new automation systems at customer side, from technical input in sales quotes, to hardware ordering and shipment, software installation, technical support and escalation, writing manuals and update procedures, licensing and invoicing. I managed a small team of support and installation engineers and worked together with Sales to translate the customer’s needs in test automation into a concrete practical proposal (technical pre-sales). Within the SCRUM team with software developers and testers, I was a stakeholder to represent customers and to give input for prioritization.

The goal of this assignment was to perform test automation analysis, design and implementation for Set-top boxes with the customer’s own test automation tool. I had worked with this automation tool before, during a project in a sister company in The Netherlands. Within the QA team, I was also responsible for test setup maintenance, test cycle management and planning, and reporting.

Internal and external test projects on several locations, in several technical fields (Digital Video & Media, DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, SNMP, TR-069) and in small or larger project teams. In all assignments ISTQB methodology was spread throughout.
