Responsible of developing jointly with Tribe Business Lead the tribe vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, QBR memo, and taking accountability for the shared goals/targets.Responsible for the technology strategy, technology roadmap, establishing critical NFRs, managing technical debt and other technical demands such as end of life of infrastructure. Ensure the successful delivery of technology (product, architecture, processes) and drive the improvement of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline in the Tribes, enable tech synchronization across shared tech platforms within the Tribe, drive continuous improvement initiatives, foster innovation and help remove impediments.Accountability for change and run budget including infrastructure and licensing cost of provider mangamenet assets.
