Network Operations Center Technician
Current▪ Test, install repair and upgrade any equipment that needs maintenance▪ Lay and terminate cable (Copper, Coax, and Fibre) in the Technical/Mobile/Data Centre▪ Monitor and perform first level troubleshooting on all international IP Transit circuits▪ Provide remote hands and eyes support for Data Centre customers (e.g. pass new cables(FO/Copper), power cycle of equipment, hardware replacement, server management configuration)▪ Provide first level support to Corporate Fibre Customers on connectivity issues▪ Provide technical support to technical staff, assist Head-End Engineers and SupervisingTechnicians.▪ Escorting of customers and/or vendors within the Technical Centre▪ Handle internal ticketing system (including to provide Data Centre & Business Fibre customersupport)▪ Handle tickets with suppliers▪ Perform network and system Performance Measurements together with routine tasks▪ Maintain updated documentation and compiling reports
