Work Description• Ability to keep customer at the forefront of all requests and advocate for the customer needs always.• Ability to understand varied and complex product configurations and support customers through various means of communication including: email, chat, sales and management.• Thorough understanding of the product and the ability to effectively trouble-shoot, escalate issues and manage outages announcements.• Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Implementation, Warehouse, Material, Finance) to scope Supply chain and Customer Support.• Handle 3PL warehouse- CEVA LOGISTICS.• Monitoring day to day operation activity Inbound, Outbound, Inventory management, Return & Rejection, and Order Management.• Handle shipment custom- K9/K8/K2/ Form E etc.• Aggressively follow up, coordinate and closely monitor shipment from ASEAN/APAC manufacturing sites to ensure all deliveries are smoothly made.• Actively liaise with customers and forwarders for smooth transportation of goods.• Any other task as and when assign by the management. (Example Reporting) • Handle STO process for stock transfer from Bonded Warehouse to Non-Bonded warehouse.• Monitoring Daily Cycle Count Performed and publish report with action plan for variance. • Damage reported with Root cause analysis.• System Transaction verified and sign off as a prove of accomplishment.• Ensure follow FIFO Integrity and well managing stocks.• Well plan resources day to day Picking, checking and loading activity.• Conduct internal briefing on daily basis. • Leading department to safety awareness.• Leading department kaizen.• Always engage with customer with provide action plan.• Preparing Weekly and monthly KPI for internal and External.• Provided Weekly Space Utilization report.• Leading Monthly and Yearly Annual Stock Count.• Actively managing subcontractors to ensure that they perform in line with their contractual agreements.
