Currently, I am a Director of Inside Sales at Service Champ. I entered the Quick Lube Industry in August of 2001, where I joined Installer Supply Inc. as Operations Manager and assisted in price analysis. During that time, I was responsible for inventory control, purchases, and inventory levels for 3 warehouses. I also assisted in cost and sales analysis. After Installer Supply was purchased by Pacific Trend/Service Champ, I moved into a sales position. During my first 10 years with Service Champ, I would coordinate new store conversions, create training classes, and exceed in sales. Prior to coming into the Quick Lube industry, I served 4 years in the Marines. In the Marines I became the Finance Manager. My passion is to assist customers to be successful and to build partnerships. Areas of Expertise - 20 years of strategic planning and inventory control.
