Responsible to develope 8 salesforces in Jambi and 2 sales forces in Muara Bungo.3. Ensure to achieve monthly target in sales, SKU per outlet, Active Outlet (AO), Active Outlet Distribution for NPD in Jambi and Muara Bungo.4. Ensure freshness, availability and visibility in every outlet that covered.Achievments:1. Growth 41% YTD Jan 2023 VS Jan 2022 in Sales in Jambi.

Responsibility:1. Responsible in monitoring and developing 512 GT outlets.2. Responsible to develop 2 sales forces.3. Ensure to achieve monthly target, OA, OA Distribution for NPD in Jambi and Muara Bungo.4. Ensure freshness, availability and visibility in every outlet that covered.5. Monitoring and maximizing every promotion program to achieve maximum results in sales.6. Maximizing distributor's coverage and recruit 1 new salesman to maximizing distribution in areas that not yet covered.Achievments:1. Achieve Total Growth 36% in 2022 vs 2021 in Sales.2. Achieve 100% OA for New Product Development (Tos - Tos) in 2 months.3. Execute Ikat Target program properly and achieve 90% of outlet that join the program hit the given target in 2 consecutive quarter.4. Achieve monthly target in sales (always above 105% for 5 consecutive months), EC minimum 90% and OA 90%.

• Learning and developing skills in sales & marketing.• Observing sales activity in point of distribution in Surabaya and Cikarang.

- Assist supervisory staff in carrying out surveys of customer substations.- Assist in archiving incoming and outgoing goods from the warehouse.
