Part of a very successful palliative health care company that grew nearly exponentially year after year until it was ultimately acquired by Anthem, Inc.My role is to support multiple product lines that support the entire patient lifecycle from identification to discharge. * Developed a scheduling application that routes a large mobile workforce to patients homes using Google maps API increasing patient visits by 20%. * Created a role-centric and patient-centric EMR allowing users to empanel patients to better serve large populations and drive discrete workflows. * Migrated Salesforce Cloud and into a responsive and progressive web app. This allowed us to iterate and deliver product faster. * Designed a clinical documentation system that allowed providers to document in the patient's home there by decreasing overall documentation time and increasing number of visits per day. This functionality had to work offline due to poor connectivity. * Matured the development lifecycle to continuously deliver production code. This allowed us to deliver code more frequently (daily).Interface with partners to transfer clinical and claims data through various transports (SFTP, API, etc.)
