* Perform routine accounts payable tasks in a timely manner including capturing information, verifying the accuracy, inputting/ processing vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) and travel & expense reports for Branson (UK, CH) and Ridgid (UK, IT, CH, FR, DK, BE)* Identify disputes related to the invoices (quantity/pricing concerns, etc.) and is responsible for following up & resolving with the relevant department;* Bring up to higher management in outstanding situations where help is required;* Provide support, as required, to the various accounts payable activities in all European locations;* Liaise with vendors/suppliers, business units and respond to queries;* Prepare/send account statements when required and resolves discrepancies;* Provide supporting documentation for internal/external audits;* Provide support in month-end closing routines

*Booking of PO and NON PO invoices respecting internal procedures.*Booking of employees expenses*Preparation and verification of invoices for weekly payments.* Learning ERPs such as Movex, SAP and JDE Oracle*Preparation of monthly closing reports (Reconciliations, GRNI)*Maintaining the AP activities on the Branson (UK, CH) and Aventics (NL, AT, CH) sites.
