Responsible for the import of our orders in the Far East. By following up the production with our suppliers very strictly I assure agreed deadlines will be respected. When the goods are ready I organize the shipment by sea or air and the delivery to our warehouse. I report regularly to the management and sales team about the production status.Further all discussions with suppliers about claims, mostly for late delivery, are handled by me. I also do all the administration necessary for above; input in our order system, customs, invoice checking,...Price negotiations for sea/air shipment are also handled by me.
