This position mainly was taken to branch out on my own as an artist. I opened up my own company and this position basically entailed designing and shaping three-dimensional works of art, either by molding and joining materials such as clay, glass, plastic, and metal or by cutting and carving forms from a block of plaster, wood, stone or any other material available depending on the commissioned piece. This would turn into mixing various materials to create mixed-media displays called installations.

Under the supervision of the General Manager, this position leads the customer service department which is compounded by 8 customer service representatives. The goal is to provide outstanding customer service to the clients by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals. Also, this position consists of supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department. Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner. Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards. Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis. Implementing an effective customer loyalty program. Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions. Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings. Hiring and training new customer service agents. Managing the approved budget of the customer service department.

Under the direct supervision of the Customer Service manager, this position provides administrative support for the accounting department. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as financial record keeping, payroll, coordination of meetings, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and processing order on the online stores through Sales Force. Also, answer non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deal with a diverse external callers and visitors, prioritize and organize diversified workload, such as, online feedback from customer, social networks, among others.

As a customer service representative, in charge of opening claims by clarifying the customer's requests; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

As an administrative assistant , in charge of answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining contact lists,Producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, Developing and maintain a filing system, Ordering office supplies, Booking travel arrangements, Provide general support to visitors, among others.
